Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as personal-use gear or opened tech products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Since we operate on a Cash on Delivery basis and do not process online payments.
Exchanges
